Travellers can now bring some CBD products on airplanes
In an update of their website “What Can I bring?” TSA has published that some CBD products are now transportable during their personal travel by air like many other substances nowadays.

If you purchase CBD products, be they female inflorescences of Hemp sativa L., Sublingual oils, pure extractions and/or resins you may be able to take them on your next flight.
The TSA now specifically allows “products / drugs that contain CBD derived from hemp or FDA approved”. In an update of their website “What Can I bring?” section, the TSA has published that some CBD products are now transportable during their personal travel by air.
The TSA has clarified that possession of Marijuana and some products infused with cannabis remain illegal under federal law and are required to report anyone suspected of violating the law.
The TSA states that only persons with a valid license to use and own medical Marijuana are allowed to carry the product on an aircraft.
